The frame is made of 100% radial pine wood, providing a sturdy and durable structure and has a matte black or matte white enamel finish. Includes shatterproof plexi glass. Frame depth is 0.75" (2cm) and paper backed. The white border option is added to the printed image creates the appearance of a mat. Pre-installed wire hanging hardware and rubber bumpers are also included.

Pollution by Artem Firsov is a striking artwork that captures the devastating impact of plastic waste on our oceans. The aerial view of an island made entirely of plastic trash is both beautiful and horrifying. The contrast between the deep blue ocean and the bright colors of the plastic waste creates a surreal and unsettling image.

The photograph was taken with a DJI FC3170 and lens at 1/240 shutter speed and ISO-100 film speed and f/2.8 aperture. The technical precision of the photograph adds to its impact, allowing the viewer to see every detail of the plastic waste. The location of the photograph is Western Australia, approximately 20km south of Perth.

Pollution by Artem Firsov is a powerful reminder of the urgent need to address the issue of plastic waste in our oceans. The artwork is both a warning and a call to action, urging us to take responsibility for our impact on the environment.
